Hunger Doesn’t Take a Break – Let’s Step Up and Make a Difference!
The DNBA is partnering with the Old City Quarter, Loaves & Fishes, Island Corridor Foundation, and SVI Island Rail to help make a BIG difference in the lives of people right here in our community. Our food drive is all about bringing together friends, neighbours, and local businesses to provide meals for families, kids, and individuals who are struggling with hunger. We’d love for you to get involved and help us make a real impact!
Island Corridor Foundation in Nanaimo has challenged Port Alberni to a Caboose off, who can fill a train caboose with more food for those in needfood the fullest – are you up to the challenge Nanaimo?

Together, We Can Help Make Sure No One Goes Hungry
Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a real difference. Even one can of soup or a box of cereal can help a family get through tough times. Plus, when we all pitch in, we create a stronger, kinder community where everyone looks out for each other.
Your Help Means the World
A huge thank you to everyone who’s helping us fight hunger. Whether you’re donating food, giving money, or lending a hand to pack, your support is truly making a difference. Together, we’re showing how much our community cares.
