We are a membership-based, community self-care space. Like a gym, where members can drop in anytime or attend fitness classes for their physical health, My Inner Harbour provides space, materials, prompts and events for people to engage in true, sustainable self-care supporting their mental and emotional health.
We have four main spaces on the main floor: Body, Mind, Spirit and Community and then two additional spaces upstairs: a children’s area, which is staffed 20 hours per week and a co-working space. Our hope is to support members to rest, reflect and reconnect with themselves and with others. We’re open Monday and Tuesday 9am-9pm and Wednesday and Thursday 9am-6pm.
We have daily drop-in passes available as well as several different membership types. Kids under 12 are free with an adult!
