Gina’s Mexican Cafe is a locally owned and operated, family-run restaurant that was established in 1986. This funky, colourful Mexican restaurant is often referred to as the “pink house on the hill” and is known for its fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

Gina’s serves fresh and tasty Mexican food in the heart of downtown Nanaimo. Our specialties include delicious fajitas, burritos, tacos, chimichangas, soups, salads, Mexican beers, sangria, and margaritas. We source only the freshest ingredients including locally caught seafood, free-range eggs, and organic tofu. Gina’s offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options and is willing to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements.
