We started small, but we’ve always had big ideas. When we opened Gabriel’s Cafe we knew people in our community were hungry for something different, something fresh. When we moved from our cozy 200-square-foot “incubator” on Commercial St. to a spacious storefront down the block, we were ready to deliver.

Our business grew, and so did our ability to support others. You’ll see that reflected in what we source, what we serve, and our community initiatives.
